Description
Gordon is located site of trading post on NE shore of Demarcation Bay, 2.5 mi. E of Demarcation Point, Arctic Plain.
History
Named for Thomas Gordon, who came to the N coast of Alaska from Scotland in 1888 and became a trader (Brower, 1944, p. 134).
