Pinguk River is located on Seward Peninsula, flows NW to Arctic Lagoon, 47 mi. NW of Teller, Kotzebue-Kobuk Low.

History

Eskimo name meaning "hill" obtained in 1901 by T. G. Gerdine, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
