Norberg Creek is located flows NW to Macklin Creek, 7 mi. SW of Midnight Mtn, and 48 mi. NW of Imuruk Lake, Seward Peninsula High.

Prospectors' name published in 1955 by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). Reported as "Stevens Creek" on the "Map of Seward Peninsula" by Monroe and Hutchins, corrected up to 1903 by Arthur Gibson.
