Description
Don River is located flows SW to Breving Lagoon, 17 mi. NW of Teller, Seward Peninsula High. 19 miles long.
History
Prospectors' name reported in 1901 by T. G. Gerdine (in Collier, 1902, pl. 12)8 U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). Shown as "Don Albert River" on the 1900 "Map of Nome Peninsula" by J. M. Davidson and B. D. Blakeslee and as "Linden River" on a map of Cape Nome goldfields by David Fox, Jr., dated 1901.
