Description
Kugrupaga River is located on Seward Peninsula, flows NW to Kugrupaga Inlet, on Chukchi Sea, 16 mi. NW of Ear Mtn. and 52 mi. NW of Teller, Kotzebue-Kobuk Low. 32 miles long.
History
Eskimo name reported in 1901 as "Kugruk" by T. G. Gerdine (in Collier, 1902, pl. 9), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). See Kugruk River.
