Description

Sinuk (historical) is located at mouth of Sinuk River, on Bering Sea coast, 26 mi. NW of Nome, Seward Peninsula High.

History

Site of an Eskimo village reported in 1900 by E. C. Barnard (in Brooks, 1901, pl. 17), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). See Siniogamute.
