Description
Heading in Kroto Lake and flowing south to Moose Creek to form the Deshka River, 90 km (56 km) northwest of Anchorage.

Name reported in 1954 by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), derived from the name of an Indian village once located below the mouth of the stream.
