Description
Granite Creek is located heads at a glacier, flows S to Matanuska River, 11 mi. NE of Palmer, Chugach Mts. 17 miles long.

Name used by prospectors; reported in 1899 by Mendenhall (1900, pl. facing p. 310), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
