Description
Chokotonk River is located flows SW to Little Lake Clark, 52 mi. NE of Nondalton, Aleutian Range. 20 miles long.
History
Indian name obtained in 1902 W. H. Osgood, U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). A. H. Brooks relates that Zachar, Chief of the Lake Clark natives, says "chokotunkna" means "beaver creek."
