Sixmile Lake is located between SE end of Lake Clark and Newhalen River, 16 mi. N of Iliamna Aleutian Range
History
Local descriptive name reported in 1902 by A. G. Maddren, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). The native name for this feature was shown as "Nondalton" on a manuscript map by J. W. Walker and as "Noondalty" (Nundalti) on an Alaska Short Line Railway manuscript map by W. E. Smith.
