Description
Gull Island is located in Chignik Bay, 1 mi. S of Cape Kumliun 21 mi. NE of Chignik, Aleutian Range
History
A US@C&GS party established a triangulation station here called Gull in 1920, The island was named in 1923 by R. H. Sargent, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
