Description
Steamboat Slough is located anabranch of Andreafsky River, 37 mi. NW of Marshall, Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta.
History
Riverboat pilots' name shown on a 1916 fieldsheet by R. H. Sargent, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). So named because it was used as a wintering place for steamboats from 1898 to 1905.
