Description
Cozy Cove is located on N coast of Sitkalidak I., at mouth of Amee Bay, SE of Kodiak I. 0.2 mile wide.
History
Descriptive name given in 1930 by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS), because it "is a good anchorage for small boats in southerly winds* * *." A U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) field party called this feature "Snug Cove" in 1928.
