Description
Bactrian Point is located between Marten Arm and Boca de Quadra, Coast Mts.
History
Descriptive name given in 1929 by J. M. Wyckoff, U.S. Forest Service (USFS), because the point "has a striking resemblance to a two-hump camel." The camel referred to is the Bactrian or Asian camel.
