Description
Divide Creek is located heads 3 mi. SW of Placer River Valley, flows NW to Center Creek, 16 mi. SE of Sunrise, Chugach Mts. 3 miles long.
History
Local name published in 1899 by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). The name at that time was applied to the complete stream reaching to Sixmile Creek, but now only applies to a short tributary of Center Creek.
