Cripple Creek is located on N end of Kenai Peninsula, flows NE to Resurrection Creek, at Hope, Chugach Mts. 4 miles long.

Local prospectors' name reported in 1904 by Moffit (1906, pl. 2), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
