On the W coast of Iniskin Peninsula, 1.5 mi NNW of Mount Pomeroy and flowing SW to Iniskin Bay N of the mouth of Pomeroy Creek, 2.5 mi. NE of Scott I., Aleutian Range
History
So named by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) in 1951, because rock exposure along the stream "was the keystone to the geologic interpretation of the area."
