On NW section of the Kenai Peninsula 15.3 km (9.5 mi) N of Kenai.
History
Former Tanaina Indian village and boat landing. The U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) Coast Pilot (1964, p. 78) states that it is now a barge wharf; recent U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) maps indicated a site with two or three buildings. See Nikishka No. 3.
