On the N shore of Cook Inlet at North Foreland, 2 mi. S of Tyonek, 14 mi SW of the mouth of the Beluga River.
History
Name of a former Tanaina Indian village, meaning "people of the beach". Reported by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) in 1958.
