Description
In the Chigmit Mountains, heading at the NE end of Blockade Lake and trending NE to its terminal end near the head of the McArthur River, 33 mi. W of Tyonek, 78 mi WSW of Anchorage, Aleutian Ra. 11 miles long.

Local name reported in 1958 by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). Name probably derived from nearby Blockade Lake.
