Description
Cape Resurrection is located on S tip of Resurrection Peninsula, 19 mi. SE of Seward, Chugach Mts.
History
Name published by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) in 1869 on Chart 20. This is the "Point Barwell" named by Captain Nathaniel Portlock in December 1887.
