Description
Callisto Head is located on E coast of Kenai Peninsula, 14 mi. S of Seward, Chugach Mts.
History
Named in 1930 by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) "for the nymph in mythology who was changed into a bear and set in the heavens as Ursa Major."
