On the N side of Iliamna Bay, N coast of Kamishak Bay, SW coast of Cook Inlet, Alaska Peninsula, 20 mi. N of Augustine Island, Aleutian Range.
History
Name published in 1913 on US@C&GS Chart 3420. It was so named because it lies at north entrance to Iliamna Bay.
