Long River is located flows E to Speel River, 30 mi. SE of Juneau, Coast Mts.
History
Descriptive name reported in 1916 by G. H. Canfield (in Brooks and others, 1918, p. 136), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). In 1921 this stream was shown as Indian Creek by the US Federal Power Commission.
