Trends NE-SW, in the Coast Mountains, extending from Elephant Prontory to Mount Moore, 6 mi SE of Mount Ogilvie and 37 mi NNE of Juneaau. 0.8 mile long.
History
Named in 1964 by members of the Juneau Icefield Research Project because in 1951 the Governor of Alaska visited this area.
