Entrance Island is located population 3, on S coast of Entrance I. in Hobart Bay, 2.5 mi. NE of Point Hobart, 77 mi. NE of Sitka, Coast Mts.
History
Named for Entrance Island. Recent maps show two houses or cabins here. A post office was maintained here from 1946 to 1956 (Ricks, 1965, p. 19).
