Description
Lituya Glacier is located in Glacier Bay National Monument, heads on SW slope of Fairweather Range, trends SW to Gilbert Inlet, on Lituya Bay, 1.6 mi. NW of the terminus of Cascade Glacier and 85 mi. NW of Hoonah, St. Elias Mts.

Named in 1917 by J. B. Mertie, Jr., U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
