Description
Lost Creek is located flows S to Chatanika River, 11 mi. NE of Twin Buttes and 45 mi. NE of Fairbanks, Yukon-Tanana High.
History
Originally reported in 1903 as "Nome Creek" by Prindle (1905, pl. 13), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). However, the name was later changed by local usage, probably because there is a Nome Creek a few miles north of this stream.
