Canyon Creek is located flows SE to Tanana River, 22 mi. NW of Big Delta, Yukon-Tanana High.
History
Named by prospectors; reported in 1910 by C. E. Ellsworth and G. L. Parker (in Brooks and others, 1911, p. 193), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
