Kulukak Bay is located extends NE off Bristol Bay, between Kulukak and Right Hand Points, at head of Nushagak Peninsula, Kilbuck-Kuskokwim Mts.

Eskimo name reported as "Z(aliv) Kuliukak" by Captain Tebenkov (1852, map 4), Imperial Russian Navy (IRN).
