Mount Capps is located in Denali National Park at head of Kahiltna Glacier, 5.7 mi. W of Denali, Alaska Range
History
Named in 1952 by National Park Service (NPS) for Stephen Reid Capps, 1881-1949, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) geologist who did field work in the area for several seasons.
