Wait Creek is located flows SE to Jacksina Creek 8.5 mi. SW of its junction with Nabesna River, Wrangell Mts.
History
Named in 1902 by F. C. Schrader, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), because for a week he was delayed here by bad weather.
