Description
Chichokna River is located heads 1.5 mi. W of terminus of Chichokna Glacier, flows SW to Chetaslina River, 28 mi. NE of Valdez, Wrangell Mts. 12 miles long.
History
Indian name obtained in 1902 by T. G. Gerdine, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), and written "Cheechocna."
