Description
Mountain Slough is located distributary of Eyak River, flows SW to Gulf of Alaska, 5 mi. S of Cordova, Malaspina Coastal Plain.
History
Local name reported in 1897 by Lieutenant Commander J. F. Moser, U.S. Navy (USN), commander of the U.S. Bureau of Fisheries (USBF) steamer Albatross.
