Description
Horsetail Falls Creek is located flows W to Landlocked Bay, 35 mi. NW of Cordova, Chugach Mts. 1 mile long.
History
Local name reported in 1912 by S. R. Capps and B. L. Sjohnson (in Brooks and others, 1913, pl. 1), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). Named for the falls which occur on the stream.
