Description
In the Chugach Natinal Forest, located at W limit of Steller Lobe, 11.3 km (7 mi) NW of Mount Campbell, outlets to the Gandil River.

Named for Sava Starodubtsov, a member of Bering's 1741 expedition to Alaska.
