Description
Gage Island is located in Knight Island Passage, 0.5 mi. N of Flemming I., 8 mi. SE of Chenega, Chugach Mts. 0.5 mile long.
History
Named in 1929 by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS). The name "Gage" was once applied to nearby Flemming Island.
