Description
In Constantine Harbor off Hinchinbrook Island 1.1 km (0.7 mi) NW of Phipps Point and 53 km (33 mi) SW of Cordova.
History
Named for Dmitrii Ivanovich Bocharov who as co-commander with G.A. Izmaylov (Izailov) of the Russian vessel "THREE SAINTS", buried a metal plate inscribed "Russian Territory, No.8" on this island in 1788.
