Description
Johnson Bay is located on W coast of Knight I., extends NW to E side of Knight Island Passage, 9 mi. NE of Chenega, Chugach Mts.
History
Named "for a local miner"; reported in 1908 by U.S. Grant and D. F. Higgins (in Brooks and others, 1909, pl. 4), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
