Description
Ruby Gulch is located trends W to Crooked Creek, N of Queen Gulch, 43 mi. NW of Sleetmute, Kulbuck-Kuskokwim Mts.
History
Local name reported in 1914 by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) in reference to "the large quantity of red garnets found in rich gold placers at the mouth of the gulch."
