Kiokluk Creek is located flows N 10 mi. to Chineckluk Creek 3.1 mi. E of its junction with Holokuk River, 40 mi. SW of Sleetmute and 47 mi. SE of Anaik; Kilbuck-Kuskokwim Mts.

Eskimo name taken from mountains which stream rises; reported in 1945 by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
