Description
Chakchak Creek is located on Nelson I., flows SE to Kolovinerak River, 88 mi. W of Bethel, Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta. 16 miles long.

Eskimo name reported in 1949 to mean "mouth" by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS).
