Description
Kamina is located between Great East and Little East Rookeries, along NE coast of Saint George I., in Pribilof Islands.
History
Putnam (1903), U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS), listed two names for this feature. The Aleut name, "Chunung'um-al'gera," means "seal hollow" (p. 1014), and the Russian name, "Kam'ina," means "rocky place" (p. 1015).
