Description
Zapadni Point is located on SW coast of St. Paul I., in Pribilof Islands.
History
Russian name from the word "zapad" meaning "west," reported by Elliott (1881, St. Paul map) in 1874 as "Zapadnie." U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) called this feature "South Point."
