Description
S of Northeast Point, on E coast of St. Paul I., in Pribilof Islands.
History
Name reported by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) in 1875; probably obtained from Elliott (1881, p. 56) who redered to the point as "a little tongue of low basaltic jutting, is the principal corner where the natives take these animals (sea-lions) when the y capture them in the fall for their hides and sinews."
