Cape Udak is located on S coast of Umnak I., Aleutian Islands.
History
Aleut name published by Captain Tebenkov (1852, map 25), Imperial Russian Navy (IRN), as "M(ys) Udakh" or "Cape Udakh" probably from the Aleut "udaq" which, according to R. H. Geoghegan, means "dried fish."
