History
Derived from "Saint Theodore, former name fo Attu Island." The name was proposed in 1938 by U.S. Navy Hydrographic Office; published in 1943 by Army Map Service (AMS). Shown as "Tubkooch Point" on a manuscript map by L. M. Turner in the 1880's.
