Bowers Bank is located in Bering Sea, N of Semisopochnoi I., Aleutian Islands.

History

Discovered and named in 1935 by members of the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) cutter Chelan, under the command of Commander L. V. Kielhorn; published in the 1944 Aleutian Coast Pilot (p. 121).
