Bailey Ledge is located in Fox Islands., on N coast of Unalaska I. in Captains Bay, Aleutian Islands.
History
Reef shown, but not named , on early charts, and later omitted. Rediscovered in 1872 by Sylvanus Bailey, for whom it was named, second mate of the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) schooner Humboldt.
