Description
Fawn Point is located on S coast of Deer I., at SW end of Aleutian Range
History
Named by W. H. Dall and published in 1882 by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) on Chart 806. This Point was called "South Cape" by U.S. Bureau of Fisheries (USBF) in 1888.
